Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Gather Beyond Pte. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Loopo platform, including any associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

The Platform is intended for use by individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may only access or use the Platform with the prior consent and ongoing supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in this Section. The Company reserves the right to request verification of age and parental consent at any time and to suspend or terminate access if such verification is not satisfactorily provided.

The Platform provides a digital interface designed to facilitate financial literacy, including educational content, simulated or limited-value wallet functionality, and behavior-based learning tools.

The Company does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content and functionality available through the Platform are provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

Access to certain features of the Platform may require the creation of an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

In the case of Users under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian may be required to establish or link an account and shall be responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Platform.

The parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for all activities conducted by the minor through the Platform, including any interactions, transactions, or decisions made.

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its associated systems.

Without limitation, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, exploit or manipulate any reward or incentive systems, or use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any User who violates this Section.

The Platform may include features that simulate or facilitate the management of value, credits, or funds. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform does not constitute a bank, financial institution, or regulated payment service provider.

Any transactions conducted through the Platform may be subject to limitations, verification requirements, and processing delays. The Company does not guarantee the availability or performance of any transaction functionality and shall not be liable for losses arising from system errors, third-party services, or User negligence.

The Platform may provide points, credits, or other forms of incentives based on User activity. Such rewards are provided solely at the discretion of the Company and have no monetary value unless explicitly stated.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any reward or incentive program at any time without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by or licensed to the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without the Company’s prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant international standards.

The Platform may incorporate or integrate with third-party services. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those providers.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Platform.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if such action is required by law or for the protection of the Platform or its users.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
